Election officers recount the ballots during the presidential recount at the Wisconsin Center on Saturday, November 21, 2020 in Milwaukee. Election officials in the largest county in Wisconsin on Saturday accused observers for President Donald Trump of seeking to obstruct the recount of presidential results, in some cases by opposing all ballot tabs pulled to count.

MADISON, Wisconsin – Milwaukee County completed its presidential ballot recount, finding only small changes in the vote tally for one of two counties in Wisconsin that was recounting the ballots.

But lawyers for President Donald Trump appear ready for a legal challenge to throw tens of thousands of ballots.

President-elect Joe Biden’s advance increased by 132 votes after county election officials recounted more than 450,000 votes.

Biden, a Democrat, won the state by about 20,600 votes. His margin in Milwaukee and Dane counties was around 2 to 1. Dane County election officials don’t expect to finish until Sunday.
