Mindy Kalingwho likes to keep us, gave birth to her daughter Katherine eighteen months earlier, but has so far refused to reveal who was the baby's father.
In a recent interview with the New York Times, the Ocean's Eight star has made it clear that we will not discover this information any time soon.
She told the publication, about Katherine's parentage and more generally about parenthood:
"I feel that until I talk to my daughter about it, I will not talk to anyone about it. I am very impatient and having a baby requires patience that worried me a lot. But they do not tell you that the thing is going to look so much like you, and do things so sweet and lovable, that you will not naturally have the same impatience that you would have with a stranger or someone who works for you. "
That said, Mindy Kaling recently revealed that his old Office costar B.J. Novak is the godfather of his baby. The two cops often wondered about their friendship and she said:
"The truth is that B.J. is so much more like family than a platonic friend. It's my daughter's godfather, he comes once a week. Sometimes he just comes to spend time with her. "
