Ministry of Justice will publish two versions of the redacted Mueller report

The Mueller report will write in part because of the gag order in the case involving Republican activist Roger Stone, they wrote. Prosecutors said they were conducting these redactions so as not to cause prejudice to the jury, since Stone pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and that he is about to be judge.

In a court case relating to the Stone case, prosecutors outlined a thorough plan to avoid leaks of the less redacted version that the Justice Department plans to provide to Congress.

Attorney General William Barr will hold a press conference Thursday on the Mueller Report

First, prosecutors will "secure" the less redacted version – suggesting that it will not be available immediately. They will also keep it in an "appropriate setting" and limit access to certain members of Congress and their staff.

If Congress wishes to obtain copies of the less redacted version, prosecutors could seek the permission of a federal judge before giving it to them, prosecutors wrote on Wednesday.
