Missing Texas girl asks for safe return of her 4-year-old son

The mother of a 4-year-old girl missing in Houston this weekend pleaded Monday night in tears for the safe return of the child as a result of her alleged abduction.

Maleah Davis was reportedly kidnapped by his father-in-law, Darion Vence, who reportedly told the police that he was traveling to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport on Friday night to pick up the girl's mother, while He was parking to check for the possible puncture.

Vence claimed that he was then attacked by two men who had detained him with his two children – Maleah and his 2-year-old brother – before releasing him and the boy on Saturday night.

The distraught mother asked the Texans to keep their eyes open for her little girl.

"I just want to find Maleah and I love her so much, I love her so much," said Brittany Bowens Monday night. "If there is anyone who can help me, please, please, just want to find my baby, I just want to find her." "

Brittany's grandmother, Brenda Bowens, had a direct message for her grandmother.

A team of volunteer searchers resumed work Tuesday morning, browsing fields near Houston Airport, looking for the missing toddler.

The organization, Texas EquuSearch, which uses mounted patrols to search for missing people on rough terrain, is also looking for the silver Nissan of Brittany Bowens, which Vence was driving Friday night and which is also lacking.

Tim Miller, founder and director of Texas EquuSearch, has asked his volunteers to look for this car in the nearby town of Sugar Land, where safety footage has spotted it over the weekend.

"Let's hope this stands out if this car is in that area, which seems to be close to the car," said Miller.
