This is the rapper's first album for 14 years, and she informed everyone at midnight with a tweet: "Let's go to a time when the music felt good and made us want to dance!"

The album has already been among the top five on the US iTunes.

One of the songs, "Throw It Back", is also accompanied by a colorful and dancing musical clip, performed in Elliott's signature style. At first, a teenage girl finds herself in Missy's museum, but does not know who "Missy Elliott" is. Before you know it, the whole block is double Dutching in Elliott's braids. There are references to his classic "Work It" and the famous MTV VMA statue Moon Man – Elliott puts on a space suit to plant his own "ME" flag on the moon.

The entire album was produced by Elliott, Timbaland and Wili Hendrix. The other four songs call Cool Off "" DripDemeanor (Feat Sum 1) "Why do I still love you?" and "Why do I still love you? (Acapella.)"

The album arrives just before Elliott is about to receive the MTV Video Vanguard Award for his outstanding achievements next week.
