We’re less than a month away from opening day 2021. This offseason we’ve seen almost all of our top 60 free agents sign deals and there have even been a few big deals that have plummeted. So, while we continue to wait for the return of meaningful baseball games, let’s take a look at what each of the 30 teams have been up to during this rather busy winter to meet the needs of the players and assign marks for their work out of season.
