The mother of a Tennessee man accused of wearing ties inside the U.S. Capitol has been accused of conspiring with her son during the violent siege.

FBI arrested Lisa Eisenhart, 56, on Saturday in Nashville, Tennessee, on charges of conspiracy, unlawfully entering a restricted-access building and entering violent or disorderly conduct for allegedly breaking and entering the Capitol on January 6, according to a criminal complaint .

His son Eric Munchel – who was pictured tightening ties and carrying paramilitary equipment inside the Capitol – was arrested on similar charges on January 10.

Office of the United States Attorney for the Intermediate District of Tennessee announced mom’s arrest on Twitter, alongside a photo of the mother-son duo showing Eisenhart wearing a red “Make America Great Again” hat and a black tactical vest. Munchel can be seen dressed all in black.

The complaint alleges that Eisenhart also wore “flexible cuffs” or “plastic ties” – just like her son – as she and Munchel joined a mob of rioters chasing two police officers.

“Video footage from inside the US Capitol captures Eisenhart and Munchel near a crowd of individuals who physically attack two Capitol Hill police officers guarding the entrance to the Senate chambers,” the legal record reads.

“The footage finally shows officers walking past Eisenhart and Munchel who several members of the crowd are chasing. Immediately after their passage, Eisenhart and Munchel immediately follow the individuals pursuing the officers, ”he said.

“Munchel and Eisenhart are seen holding flexible cuffs in each of their hands during the chase,” the complaint further states.

On Thursday, FBI Director Christopher Wray said more than 100 people were arrested in the Capitol Hill attack that killed five people and more than 200 suspects have been identified.
