A star cast is ready for Solos, a series of dramatic anthologies by Hunters creator David Weil and Amazon Studios. Oscar-winning actors Morgan Freeman, Anne Hathaway and Helen Mirren, Emmy winner Uzo Aduba, Nicole Beharie, Anthony Mackie, Dan Stevens and Constance Wu will star in the series which premieres later this year on Amazon Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories around the world.
The previously untitled project had been around for some time when it received a serial order in October 2020.
Solos is a dramatic and stimulating seven-part anthology series that explores the deep meaning of human connection, as explored through the lens of the individual. Solos will tell unique character-driven stories, each from a different perspective and at a different time, that illustrate that even during our seemingly most isolated times, in the most disparate circumstances, we are all connected through the human experience.
