Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pass 3 DLC character reportedly leaked

Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate has brought the brutal fighting game to current generation systems, and even more DLC may be on the way.

A third Kombat Pass for Mortal Kombat 11, including four additional characters as well as a new arena, would have been disclosed on Reddit. Mortal Kombat 11 released last year, but developer NetherRealm Studios has continued to support the game with downloadable content such as new characters, arenas, and character customization options. Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate, a re-release of the current generation of the game, including all previously released content, was also released last month.

Despite its release over a year ago, NetherRealm continues to release new content for Mortal Kombat 11. The game currently features a roster of 37 playable characters, including both core franchise elements such as Scorpion and Sub-Zero and guest fighters such as the Terminator and the Joker. The last additional fighter to join the tournament was John Rambo, whose transition from the big screen to the fighting game franchise was aided by the use of the voice and likeness of actor Sylvester Stallone. Another recent addition to the game are three character skins based on the 1995 Mortal combat film, with cast Linden Ashby, Bridgette Wilson-Simpras and Christopher Lambert bringing their voices and likenesses to Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade and Raiden respectively.

Now a third Kombat Pack has apparently been leaked by a Twitter user SkaVorah, a source who disclosed details of the two Mortal Kombat: Aftermath and Kombat Pack 2 before the announcement of either pack. Proof of the leak was also sent to moderators on Reddit. The apparent leak indicates Mortal combat the old Havik, Smoke and Sareena are added to Mortal Kombat 11 alongside guest character Deathstroke. A new arena, The Living Forest, is also mentioned alongside new skins and character towers. The third proposed Kombat Pack is slated for release in the spring of next year.

Havik, Smoke and Sareena are all Mortal combat characters fans have expressed interest in returning as DLC in Mortal Kombat 11. Havik debuted in 2004 Mortal Kombat: Deception, and was also playable alongside Sareena in 2006 Mortal Kombat: Armageddon. Smoke is considered a Mortal combat pillar, having appeared in several games including NetherRealm’s Mortal combat as of 2009. Deathstroke, a DC Comics villain, appeared as a playable character in NetherRealm’s 2013 DC fighting game Injustice: gods among us. Should we join Deathstroke MK11 he will be the second DC Comics character to be added, after the Joker.

With the warm welcome of Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate, it seems logical that NetherRealm will continue to support its latest fighting game episode. The game already has a big roster, and the continued expansion of the game’s distribution could allow the developer to work on an unrelated project while still being enjoyable. Mortal combat Fans. While this leaked Kombat Pack is clearly not confirmed, the four character size would coincide with another recent leak which claimed the third pack would be more expensive than Kombat Pack 2.

Mortal Kombat 11 is a rich and expansive fighting game that pays homage to the history of the franchise while offering very modern and innovative gameplay. Fans have so far been very receptive to the continuous stream of DLC, so NetherRealm would be smart to continue adding new characters and arenas to the game. While Kombat Pack 3 is far from confirmed, the character roster proposed for Mortal Kombat 11 would work well with previous NetherRealm content packs.
