Sincere and Angelo Crooms, 16, were both killed when two Brevard County sheriff’s deputies – Jafet Santiago-Miranda and Carson Hendren – attempted to question them during a traffic stop on November 13.

MPs attempted to park the car the two teenagers were in when they began to pull away despite repeated orders from Santiago-Miranda to “stop the vehicle,” according to body camera footage of the incident .
