Munchel had been apprehended earlier in the week, but Eisenhart was arrested in Tennessee on Saturday and charges updated to include the plot.

According to the recently revealed case against the couple, Munchel and Eisenhart appear in video footage near a crowd who “physically attacked two Capitol Hill police officers guarding the entrance to the Senate chambers.” Eventually the officers fled and the crowd continued. Munchel and Eisenhart followed, both brandishing flexible wrists in their hands “during the chase”. The two officers escaped, according to the account of the case.
The FBI also cited a January 10 article in The Times of London citing Munchel and Eisenhart discussing the revolution.
