If you haven’t been very keen on buying a OnePlus phone, the mid-range market may have seemed a bit bland lately. Now Motorola seems to want to shake things up a bit with a new competitor. After launching it in several markets around the world, the company is finally bringing its Moto G100 to North America.

The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor, which is equipped with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB of expandable storage. In short, there is plenty of power to meet the needs of heavy users. Motorola opted for a 6.7-inch 90Hz FullHD + LCD display, which is also why we don’t see an in-display fingerprint scanner (it’s built into the power button).

The G100 has a main triple camera setup, consisting of a 64MP wide sensor, 16MP ultralarge, and 2MP depth sensor. There is a dual camera setup on the front with a 16MP wide and an 8MP ultra-wide for groups.

The battery is rated at 5,000mAh, but unfortunately, unlike the international variant, the US variant only manages to offer 20W fast charging. In addition, the phone has a headphone jack, a plug Support Wi-Fi 6 and frequencies below 6GHz 5G and water-repellent design. Motorola also ships an HMDI cable with the phone to encourage users to try out its mobile desktop experience called Ready For.

The Moto G100 is available for purchase in the US starting today and will cost $ 599, although Motorola is saving $ 100 for a “limited time.” You can get one from Motorola.com.
