SA RCS launches chatbot service with local boot

The South African financial services provider RCS has launched its own chatbot in partnership with local start-up GotBot after collaborating in the wake of the Startupbootcamp accelerator from last year.

Ricci was born from the need to build an AI for the retail and innovative and adaptable communications sector. It will answer questions outside of office hours.
