Georgia continued its rookie series Sunday, clinching three ESPN 300 commitments in one day
. Running back John Emery started things, giving the Dawgs their second-highest overall standings # 20. [19659002] This commitment comes after Georgia's staff was able to beat second-place category 2018 with Zamir White, as well as the third of James Cook.
Swift on the list, which was the No. 6 back in the 2017 category, so the stable is loaded with big names for the future.
The 5-foot-11, 202-pound Emery, of Destrehan, Louisiana, chose Georgia for several other programs, including LSU. Emery is the second ranked player in Louisiana, and although the Tigers have done well with the top prospects in the 2019 class, Emery is out of the state.
In addition to Emery, Georgia also beat linebacker Rian Davis of Apopka, Florida (98th overall) and athlete Makiya Tongue, rookie ranked 112th, of Baton Red, Louisiana.

Georgia currently occupies fifth place, led by Nolan Smith, the second overall defensive player in the overall standings. After Sunday, this ranking is likely to increase since the Dawgs now have 16 total commitments, of which 14 are ranked in the ESPN 300.
