Nueva Pescanova acquires Unick Fish, a South African company specializing in the import and sale of fishery products in South Africa and Namibia, with a presence in the retail, food service channels and wholesale.
Currently, annual billings of Unick Fish exceed 10 million euros ($ 11.7 million).
With this investment, Nueva Pescanova aims to increase her shrimp sales, which are strategic products for the group.

Pescanova has been present in South Africa for 54 years, engaged in the fishing and distribution of seafood.
