The good news is, again, that it's only a short-term thing.

Syndergaard, 25, is 6-1 with a 2.98 ERA, 1.25 and 83 strikeouts in 74 innings and two-thirds. He returned from a finger injury on July 13th. It has been the subject of commercial rumors, but most reports seem to indicate that Mets should be turned around to deal with it.
