UFC 226 mid-odds betting: Stipe Miocic favorite on Daniel Cormier

[ad_1]

UFC 226 is upon us which means that Bloody Elbow is here to bring you the odds of mid-week bets. The star fight of the night is currently champion heavyweight, Stipe Miocic, (-220), favorite of the current UFC's best light weight, Daniel Cormier (+200). The featherweight crown of the promotion will no longer be on the line in the co-main event, as Max Holloway was forced to pull out of his fight with Brian Ortega. The replacement of Holloway against Ortega will be the top 5 heavyweight, while Francis Ngannou (-400), ranked No. 1, will be eliminated with the # 5 Derrick Lewis (+325).

The new co-main of UFC 226 is tied with (-400) Paulo Costa against Uriah Hall (+325) for the widest line of the card. The closest line of the night belongs to Dan Hooker vs. Gilbert Burns, with Hooker holding a favored -120 line and Burns bouncing on both sides of the line from -105 to +111. If the odds are an indication, we are in store for a good number of competitive matches, as eight of the eleven scheduled games involve the betting favorite lying under -200, with correlative outsiders not reaching over + 165.

226 main map will be broadcast live on Pay-Per-View at 22:00 ET with preludes from 20:00. AND on FS1. The exclusive Fight Pass preliminaries will begin at 18:30.
