Glee star Naya Rivera’s Los Angeles home sold after just nine days on the market.
According to the New York Post, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles sold for an asking price of $ 2.695 million.
This was the house Rivera lived in with her five-year-old son Josey when she drowned in a boating accident at Lake Piru in California on July 8, 2020. Her body was found five days later . She was 33 years old.

She spent $ 2.6 million to buy the 5,536-square-foot home in 2018 and it’s now on the market for $ 2.695 million, TMZ reported.
The two-story home is said to have been recently renovated and features wide lush natural white oak hardwood floors and an Italian Carrara marble kitchen, complete with an oversized built-in and concealed Bosch refrigerator and a professional Bertazzoni range.
The kitchen is also said to feature custom cabinetry and an antique smoked glass pantry and opens to the home’s family room, where there are two floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush landscape of the property.
The living room, described by listing agent Keller Williams Realty Calabasas as “a French classic,” includes a fireplace and is dotted with vintage gold leaf sconces.
On the second floor are two bedrooms which share a restored vintage “Jack and Jill” bathroom, plus a master bedroom suite. utility room and oversized patio.

Josey, who was four at the time, was found sleeping and alone in the boat as he drifted that afternoon, with no sign of her mother.
The child lives with his father and guardian, Rivera’s ex-husband, Ryan Dorsey.
In November 2020, Dorsey and Rivera’s estate filed a wrongful death claim on Josey’s behalf against Ventura County and the managers of Piru Lake, claiming negligence was involved in his death because the boat did not have a ladder, radio, rope, anchor or other equipment to keep swimmers from being separated, the AP reported.

The released Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed his death as an accident.
“ The autopsy results are consistent with drowning and the condition of the body is consistent with the time she was submerged, ” the report said.
“No traumatic injury or pathological process was identified during the autopsy. The investigation or examination does not indicate that drugs or alcohol played a role in the death of the deceased, but samples will be subjected to toxicological tests, ”he added.
Glee costar Cory Monteith died in 2013 – exactly seven years to the day before Rivera’s body was identified – from a toxic mixture of alcohol and heroin.
Rivera’s ex-boyfriend Mark Salling, who played a jock role on the show, committed suicide in 2018 after pleading guilty to child pornography charges. Rivera and Salling dated for three years and went their separate ways in 2010.
In the preface to her autobiography, Rivera wrote that motherhood changed her life and gave her perspective. She said she was also more courageous.
