Rumors run from Russell Westbrook to Miami Heat, and we now have an idea of what Miami could offer for a possible contract with the star goaltender.
Westbrook would be open to negotiations with the Oklahoma City Thunder after the franchise ceded Paul George to the Los Angeles Clippers. And the Thunder, which is clearly considering a rebuild, would have responded to calls for tenders for the 2016-17 MVP.
Many the reports have identified heat as a possible landing point for Westbrook. For this reason, the Heat could delay the signing of Tyler Herro's first-round pick, according to NBA insider Steve Kyler. Of course, the goal would be to remain flexible in the event that Herro would eventually be forced to trade for Westbrook.

Herro, 19, was selected by the Heat with the 13th draft pick in the NBA in 2019. The Kentucky product is considered one of the best shooters in the class.
As for Westbrook, the teams would be wary of trading for the 30-year-old for good reason.
