The second day of the first round of the NCAA 2019 tournament has arrived. After an exciting first day, but not extravagant, the chances of chaos before the weekend are exorbitant. Friday, we have a busy schedule. Three of the top four seeds will play their first games, and with 16 games in total – from noon to midnight – there will be a lot going on across the country.
