Nearly 14,000 pounds of meat products from the Denver processing company being the subject of a recall

DENVER (KKTV) – A Denver meat processing company recalled nearly 14,000 pounds of pork and beef products sold in Colorado and several neighboring states.

The affected products were manufactured by Denver Processing LLC on April 9 and include the following: (Source: USDA):

– Different trays packed in variable weight plastic containing "Pig Sirloin Boneless Chop" with "Sell By 04.18.19", lot code 099, case code 60047 and all time stamps after 14.30.
– Variable weight trays including plastic packaging containing "Boneless Pork Loin Loin Roast" with "Sell By 18.04.19", lot code 099, case code 60105 and all time stamps after 14.30.
– Variable weight trays including plastic packaging containing "Super Value Dice Pork Pack" with "Sell before 04.18.19", Lot Code 099, Case Code 06385 and all time stamps after 14:30.
– Different trays packed in variable weight plastic containing "boneless pork loin chop" with "Sell By 04.18.19", lot code 099, case code 60063 and all time stamps after 14.30.
– Variable weight trays with plastic packaging containing "Family pack of boneless pork loin chops" with "Sell By 18.04.19", lot code 099, case code 19498 and all time stamps after 14.30.
– Trays packed in plastic of variable weight and containing "U.S.D.A. "Chuck Beef Chuck" choice roasting pan without date of sale "0418", lot code 099, case code 69481 and all time stamps after 14:30.
– Trays packed in plastic of variable weight and containing "U.S.D.A. Choice Beef London Round Top Broil "with the" 0418 "sell-by date, lot code 099, case code 69479 and all time stamps after 14:30.

All have the establishment number 6250 in the USDA inspection mark on the box label and outside the inspection mark on the product label. They are sold in Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Utah and Wyoming.

Items are being recalled because they were produced "without the benefit of federal inspection and outside inspection hours," said the FSIS (Food Safety and Inspection Service) from the US Department of Agriculture.

Customers who have purchased any of the recalled products are advised to discard it or return it to the store where it was purchased.
