Neil Young and Crazy Horse have officially announced a new album. Colorado was released on October 25 via Reprise. In an article published in April at the Neil Young Archives, Young wrote: "We think we have an excellent album from Crazy Horse, an album alongside Everyone knows it's nowhere, Rust never sleeps, Sleeping with angels, Psychedelic Pill and all the others. Below, listen to their new song "Milky Way".

The current range of Crazy Horse is: Neil Young (guitars, vocals, piano, harmonies), Nils Lofgren (guitars, vocals, pump organ), Ralph Molina (drums, vocals) and Billy Talbot (bass, vocals). They recorded Colorado live mainly in studio in the state holder. Neil Young produced the album with John Hanlon.

A film documenting the making of Colorado will be one of the 15 films recently announced by Young. On September 9th, Young and his co-author Phil Baker will publish a book entitled To feel the music: the mission of a songwriter to save a high quality sound.
