No one can compete with Netflix for holiday programming, at least in terms of quantity. They had 20 originals for Halloween this year, and they’re following that up with 28 new films and shows on the theme of Christmas and the holiday season. That’s 2.3 originals for every Christmas day!
Things kick off on November 1, and then every other day – or sometimes multiple times a day – there’s a new original full of Christmas cheer. There is a new season of Great British Baking Show: The Holidays, the perfectly titled Christmas romantic comedy Single until the end, and A boy called Christmas of Monster house director Gil Kenan. And then, like, 25 other things on top of that.
