As of July 7, the new entrance to Port Laguna and the Avalon theme area have opened in Toverland. With this expansion and an investment of 35 million euros, the Sevenum amusement park has become one and a half times bigger. Port Laguna and Avalon will be open to all visitors as of Saturday, July 7, 2018.
Toverland owner Jean Gelissen and Executive Director Caroline Kortooms are very proud of the final result. "We looked at the area from a height of 40 meters and saw the guests relax and enjoy in Port Laguna and Avalon. Here we did everything for. It's our magical world!" Says Caroline Kortooms after a flight in a coaster Fenix
Fenix Wingcoaster
Fenix is part of Avalon, the world of the all-powerful wizard Merlin. Fenix is the first ever roller coaster in the Benelux, where trolleys are hung on rails, creating a unique flying experience. Fenix is 40 meters high, 813 meters long and has a maximum speed of 95 km / h. During the trip, occupants are thrown three times. Avalon also has the attraction of the Merlin Waters Quest. In this 12-minute boat trip for the whole family, the crew sets out to search for Tir na nÓg, the source of eternal life. The boat trip has four covered scenes, in which eighteen moving characters can be seen.
Discover Your Own Magic
Port Laguna is designed as an idyllic harbor town with azure water, a beach and a boulevard full of activity. Magic is central in this area of Mediterranean entry. On the boulevard you will find shops, bars, games, the Magicie interactive show and the iconic Solaris lighthouse. From there, visitors can discover the other themed worlds of Toverland
A future full of magic
The ambition of Toverland is to break the magic limit of 1 million visitors in the coming years. To this end, the theme park wishes to extend the length of stay through new extensions and the opening of a four-star hotel.
