Jamie Foxx is not prosecuted for hitting a woman with his penis in 2002.
Las Vegas police closed the case because it is banned.
This confirmed a spokesman for the police at TMZ.
The woman went to the police last month to denounce the actor and the singer. She claimed that sixteen years ago, at a party at Foxx, she refused fellatio with the comedian, where he hit her face with his penis. She claims that she went to the hospital the next day to be treated for a panic attack.
The police investigated the case, but it seemed to have no chance in advance. In the state of Nevada, a three-year limitation period applies. Foxx denied the allegations and called it an "absurd lie." The star of Django Unchained, in turn, threatened to denounce the woman for defamation.
