The recently concluded agreement for a new regional ACC transport is "far below the level". 45 members of the union write this in a letter to the central management, which is in the hands of Trouw . Drivers and drivers say they have "stopped nine days for the stalls".
According to the newspaper, FNV members are particularly dissatisfied with the agreements reached on labor pressure. To reduce it, the union demanded an additional paid break of five minutes per 2.5 hours. They now have a 15-minute break twice a shift of eight hours. It has been agreed with employers that drivers and drivers can not drive more than three hours at a time without interruption.
Drivers write that they have nothing to do with it. "Thirty seconds can also be an interruption, and we will never accept that."
The NRC also inspected internal documents in which FNV Streekvervoer's active members cast a negative vote on result of the negotiation. As usual, the agreement will first be presented at members' meetings, then members will be able to vote between July 19th and August 2nd.
Strikes
Before the conclusion of an agreement at the beginning of July, the FNV and CNV unions negotiate
According to the transport companies, meeting within the Association of Employers of Public Transport (VWOV ), recording breaks in the collective agreement would be "unfeasible and unaffordable" and would result in a 5% cost increase. Negotiations were halted in November 2017, after which unions announced strikes.
The first national strike in regional transport took place on 4 January, followed by more national strikes and some regional strikes between late April and late June
In addition to easing the burden of work, FNV percent and CNV 3 percent in the first year in a collective agreement working with a two-year term. The collective agreement provides for a progressive salary increase of 3% on average and a single payment of 650 euros.

Do not submit
FNV members are also unhappy with the conclusion of the Agrees and calls for the resignation of Director General Zakaria Boufangacha. Previously, they had already trusted the negotiator Paula Verhoef, because it would act "solitary" and would not consult the leaders. While they were preparing for a new day of strike on Monday, July 2, Verhoef concluded, according to FNV, without a collective agreement with employers. "It was against all agreements" and in violation of the FNV regulations, according to the authors of letters.
Verhoef tells Trouw that she does not recognize herself in criticism of members and that they have always been informed. "There are a lot of things in the letter that are not going well." She admits that the members are not involved in the last weekend of negotiations because of the vote of no confidence against the negotiator. According to the newspaper Boufangacha was not available to comment
The FNV expects that a large majority of the 8,000 members agree to the agreement. "The sounds we hear from the base are positive," said a spokesperson for the ANP. He pointed out that the union is satisfied with the agreement currently in place. "It would have been better if we were on the same line, but in a negotiation, you can never get all the hard points."
The spokesman does not expect the head of the direction Boufangacha resigns, because executives do not discuss this.
