A man arrested in a murder case A Dutch filmmaker in Mallorca

Spanish police arrested a man suspected of being involved in the death of a Dutch tourist on the Spanish island of Mallorca. The police confirmed him Saturday after reporting in various Spanish media

The 34-year-old Dutchman was assaulted by five young people in the capital Palma de Mallorca Friday morning around 5 am. Then he was seriously injured in the hospital where he died. The man who found him and drove to the hospital, according to the Spanish newspaper Ultima Hora was arrested, because he made contradictory statements.

Initially, the arrested man claimed to have found the Dutchman in the vicinity of a gas station, north of Palma de Mallorca airport, where the victim was attacked by a group of four or five men.
