Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Twitter accused British caveman Vernon Unsworth, who was closely involved in rescuing Thai footballers, from pedophilia. Previously, Unsworth named Musk's submarine a Pr-stunt and said Musk could "poke the submarine where it hurts." The pedo tweet has been removed.

One of those critics, the British speleologist Vernon Unsworth who lives in Thailand and knows the complex of caves, told CNN that Musk's submarine "had no chance to work". The chief of the operation, Narongsak Osotthanakorn, also said that the submarine was not suitable for the mission. Then Musk started to tweet pissed off and even shared his correspondence with Richard Stanton, a retired firefighter and diver who was one of the first to reach the boys.

In another interview with Unsworth his criticism was not spared and even said that Musk can dive his submarine "where it hurts". "He did not know what this cave looked like," said Unsworth. "The submarine (…) is rigid and long and would never have gone through all the turns and obstacles." Finally, Unsworth called the actions of Musk "a publicity stunt"
