Marijn Brouwers to give up his role in Evita Entertainment

Artistic Director Hans Cornelissen calls "incredibly unfortunate that Marijn can not be here at the moment." The role of Juan Perón would be the lead in a musical for Brouwers. Last season of theater, he was in the theater concert Bella Italia . Previously, the singer was dubbed in, among others, Ciske de Rat and Cats and he made musical performances on Frans Halsema Chet Baker and Charles Aznavour

Cornelissen: "He was delighted to play this role in Evita, but physical setbacks now prevent that." After holding new auditions Paul Donkers was cast for the role of Perón, the former president of Argentina. Donkers has already been seen in musicals such as The Bodyguard Titanic On Your Feet Cats and The Misery

Other Major Roles in the fourth Dutch adaptation of Evita are for Brigitte Heitzer René van Kooten Esme Dekker and Yoran the Fur . Evita can be seen in all major theaters of the Netherlands from October and will be premiered at the Carré Theater in Amsterdam on October 22nd.
