Fortuna Sittard once again won a lawsuit against former coach Oliseh Sunday. The Nigerian unsuccessfully resigned from his job in April and now grabs a bonus of one hundred thousand euros.
The doctoral student of Eredivisie was reformed for the second time by the court, as the site of the club says. Oliseh and her lawyers who were fired in February relied on the fact that the promotional bonus had been included in the trainer's contract. According to Fortuna, however, Oliseh is not entitled to the bonus, because it was set aside by Limburgers by "guilty actions". The court went into this position: the Nigerian coach can whistle the bonus and must also pay the costs of the procedure.
Oliseh was dismissed in February by Fortuna Sittard and then went to the club. The trainer was reportedly encouraged to commit "illegal activities" and dragged Fortuna to court. Led by successors Claudio Braga and Kevin Hofland, the Limburgers then managed to promote to Eredivisie.
