This is what says the Japanese site Mac Otakara based on insiders in the production line. The site has more or less success with information on unapproved Apple products.

The new iPad Pro models will have no more 3.5mm headphone jack due to the recent iPhones. Unlike recent iPhones, Apple would not include an adapter for physical headphones on the new iPad Pros.

The new models of the iPad Pro would both be slightly smaller than the current ones. By making the edges around the screen much narrower, the size of the screen remains the same, but the clutter of the devices shrinks slightly. The iPads would keep screen sizes of 10.5 and 12.9 inches.

This probably removes the physical home button from the iPad Pro, as earlier rumors have also suggested. Apple would like to align the design of the iPad Pro with that of the iPhone X, with thin screen edges, no home button and fingerprint scanner and a scanner Face ID face above the screen.

iPad Pro in combination with a keyboard according to Mac Otakara to be used vertically. The face scanner according to the site would not work horizontally.

The screen of the new iPhone

Mac Otakara also contains information on the screen of one of three new iPhones. According to previous rumors, Apple manufactures three new iPhones: a 5.8-inch iPhone X successor, a 6.5-inch Plus version and a 6.1-inch model with a lower price.

This 6.1-inch model unlike the other two iPhones do not use an OLED display, but an LCD. According to Mac Otakara this screen is provided by the manufacturer of Japan Display screens.

The screen maker would use an LCD display said full active. This technique would allow very narrow screen edges, even narrower than the edges of the screen of the iPhone X.

However, the production of screens would be complicated. As a result, the sale of the new 6.1-inch iPhone according to Mac Otakara is moved to the end of November. The new iPhones should be presented in September.
