Twitch announced the news at his own TwitchCon annual fair, where he gave a speech. The function to combine multiple streams into a single stream calls Squad Streaming. It is, for example, a boon when you watch a game of a royal battle game. In the presentation, you may see a button called "Monitoring Team", which guarantees the display of up to four streams in the window. Apparently, it is also possible to tinker with the size of the streams. Later this year, the feature will be presented to a group of streamers selected as part of a first test.

The new moderation tools let you know how long a viewer stays on Twitch, what messages he sent in a discussion and how many time-outs and bans he has received in the past. This will make it easier for moderators to see what kind of measures should be imposed on a harmful user. These additions are expected next January.

Twitch also enters into a partnership with the developer of Rock Band, Harmonix. Together, the two companies are developing Twitch Sings, a streaming karaoke game. Users can vote on the songs here and give the streamers special challenges and use Bravo for example to control the effects of light in the studio.

In addition, Twitch announces that the number of viewers at any time not among 1 million viewers, which is one-third more than the 746,000 last year. The platform has put a summary of all upcoming additions on its website.
