Suspicious package for CNN television intercepted

In America, a suspicious package was found Monday. The parcel was en route to the headquarters of the CNN news channel in Atlanta, Georgia, and was intercepted at a post office in that city. It is still unclear whether the package belongs to the wave of fourteen bomb kits that have been sent to several famous Americans, including former President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and philanthropist Hungarian activist George Soros. According to CNN, the package received on Monday was similar to that of the explosives sent earlier.

Arrest

Last Friday, the FBI arrested a Florida man who, according to them, allegedly sent the bomb packets. The suspect, 56-year-old Cesar Sayoc, is a registered Republican and a committed supporter of Trump, with a long criminal record. He will appear in court on Monday for the first time. Sayoc can be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of up to fifty years if he is found guilty.
