The former director Peter Z. of the housing company Twente Mijande of Denekamp was dismissed early this year, decided today the Almelo court. Z. fraudulent in 2014 with, inter alia, his car leasing and the sale of three apartments.
According to Mijande, Z was fired for personal reasons. The fraud case, however, is now revealed because Z. is opposed to his resignation. The court decided that Z. had to pay € 19,646.46 to Mijande and that his dismissal was legally valid.
Cars and apartments
In early 2014, Z. was looking for a new leasing car. He decided, against the rules, to buy the car from a member of his family. He also fetched an unauthorized car, a 50,000 € Mitsubishi Outlander executive. To conceal this high price, he sent an email to a member of his family: "In the annex, two quotes, the most expensive is as I want it, the other is responsible," writes from Telegraaf
According to the morning newspaper, Z. during the sale of three apartments in Weerselo again the mistake. He managed to conclude a deal for 340 000 €, while, according to a regulator, the houses are worth 345 000 €. The transaction seems to be the price to be paid but, in terms of terms, Mijande adds a maintenance fee of € 45,000, which means that the buyer only has to pay € 295,000.
