When Peter asks what it means to be Herman Brood's daughter, she says, "Nice, proud." Although Herman is an eccentric man, Holly never received anything from his mean side. "I've always been very proud of it," she says. Also of his addictions was nothing to notice at home. "He was very caring and very involved with his children and very protective."
