Several parties have expressed interest in the entire hospital and for some parts of the hospital building. However, administrators prefer an offer from a party who wishes to continue "a substantial part" of care at the current workplace.

"Following this analysis and the indicative offers issued, the bankruptcy trustees have decided to continue consultations with a party for the time being". The party in question may consider the possibilities of a restart in the coming days.

On Wednesday, it was announced that the directors were still in discussion with "several serious candidates" who were considering a restart. It was already clear that at least ten parties had come forward for a total or partial takeover. The Conservatives have the last word on who is allowed to take care of hospitals. According to Minister Bruno Bruins (Medical Care), it is "parties with a lot of knowledge and experience".
