In Robinson Confessions, Jody explained that he had not only suffered from nostalgia, but that he had also been gnawed by guilt. His wife was very pregnant at home during the recordings. "A pregnant woman leaves you in the Netherlands and in a family … it was just intense."
It is possible that Jody was not present at the birth of her second child. When he was still in the Netherlands, it was not a problem for him. "I myself was adopted and my parents were not born either."
The singer Que Si, Que No turns around while he was on the island. He was sitting on the beach: "What is more important in life? I really want to be there when my wife will give birth." Jody decided to redo her bag and return to the Netherlands.
