On Monday evening, at the Willem Ruyslaan in Rotterdam, a student is stripped of her ring by a man who has started to lick his hand without permission.
The woman was harassed by the man, who also made sexual comments. She then left, but later discovered that her ring was gone.
Police arrested a 50-year-old man. The case is under investigation.
