This afternoon, a car was hit in Leidsche Rijn. Things went wrong at the Langerakbaan / Het Zand roundabout.
According to witnesses, the Audi would have been launched after the motorist was found sick at the roundabout. A witness testified that the car was flying over the roundabout and then landed in the ditch.
The driver was checked by an ambulance employee.
Two salvagers then took the car out of the water.
