The 30-year-old was arrested Monday night in his apartment in Nijverdal, where he regularly caused nuisance in the neighborhood. His father and his brother have long grown cannabis under the eye of an agent who lives a little further down the street. In their homes, hemp plants were discovered during a raid in March of last year. Finally, the father was acquitted and the son sentenced to 200 hours of community service. The 30-year-old son who was currently detained was not a suspect in this criminal case at the time.
