The crisis around IJsselmeer hospitals must be peaceful so that everyone involved can work together for the future. That's what Minister Bruno Bruins says about health care.
The minister visited Lelystad Hospital on Wednesday and met with the curator and representatives of Zilveren Kruis Health Insurance Fund, medical staff, municipalities, provinces and general practitioners. Representatives of St Jansdal of Harderwijk, responsible for the outpatient clinics of Lelystad and Dronten, were also present
All the interlocutors were able to give their opinion in the hope that a common vision would emerge. The minister also questioned St Jansdal about the possibilities of comprehensive emergency care and acute obstetrics in Lelystad. St Jansdal again made it known that it could not be discussed at the moment.
