Zdenek Stybar makes four trips to Belgium this winter

Zdeněk Štybar participates in the cyclo-cross World Cup in Zolder on December 26th. Before the end of the year, the double world champion will participate in two other crossings in Flanders. On New Year's Day, Štybar is departing from Baal. For the runner of Quick-Step Floors, it looks like a return to his first love.

"I am very much looking forward to returning to cyclo-cross, a great discipline to which I would like to participate," Štybar said in the press release. "It will be a number of very difficult and competitive matches, which hopefully will go well, I will try to amuse myself," said the Czech, who will travel to Zolder in Loenhout, Diegem and Baal December 28th, December 30th and January 1st.

"It's also a great opportunity for me to join my Czech teammates and help some of the youngest runners," says Štybar as one of his reasons. The former winner of a stage of the Tour de France and the Vuelta a España joined the Deceunick-Quick-Step training camp in Calpe, Spain in January
