NIEUWLEUSEN – Eight drivers of the Dikken Logistics transport company in Nieuwleusen who were fired overnight are compensated. The court concludes in a case filed by FNV on their behalf
. In total, these eight drivers represent approximately 65,000 euros gross. The owner, Dennis Dikken, retired his business overnight, early July. He immediately sent his employees out of the way.
The judge states that the dismissal did not follow the rules. The eight employees each receive three monthly salaries. All other requests were also awarded. Employees benefit from an additional 17 days of vacation. Dikken mistakenly detained them
