A new application must make Internet faster | Now

The US company Cloudflare has released its privacy-friendly Internet service, named 1.1.1.1, in the form of an application for Android and iOS. The service must also increase the average speed of the Internet.

This is a service says DNS. The application ensures that the administrator of a network (Wi-Fi) can not see which websites a user visits.

Cloudflare also promises that its DNS service is faster than the competition by establishing faster connections than competing DNS services.

The DNS system converts the domain names entered by the users of their Internet browser into the corresponding IP address of a Web site. For example, the system also takes effect as soon as users click on a link, send an email, or open an application.

With the 1.1.1.1 application, Cloudflare promises that the entered domain names will remain confidential. Thus, Internet traffic, for example on public Wi-Fi networks, is protected. The administrator can not see the websites visited by the user visited by his network.

In addition, the application prevents the DNS system from being manipulated. In this case, users will be redirected to an "error" IP address that does not belong to the domain name entered.

The 1.1.1.1 app can be downloaded for free for Android and iOS. After downloading, users can easily activate the service through the application. Cloudflare promises not to resell the data relating to the use of the Internet.
