The agreement is still submitted to the members. The new work contract has a duration of 2.5 years and starts on January 1st of this year.
The union agreed with the employers of a wage increase of 3% per annum plus a single increase of 650.
Labor Pressure
One of the main stones of the year. stumbling block to reaching an agreement was to reduce the workload. The pilots wanted more break. Under the motto "we do not want to piss, to urinate," they have been working for some time.
In the new collective agreement, more than 82% of all services are interrupted in less than two and a half hours. Up to 17.5 percent of all services have a break in the three hours of working time. If employers do not keep that promise, then the unions will go in that direction.

Pilots have to fight hard. There have been several actions in recent months. These were first relay actions. A national strike began last Wednesday. Bus transportation was flat for three days throughout the country.
There was also a stop during the weekend. The intention was to continue with friendly action to the public in the coming week. This meant that the buses would do during rush hours in the morning and evening.
The unions were in conflict with the employers over these pro-public actions after the employers indicated that they would not pay the hours worked during the campaigns. The FNV then threatened interim prosecution.
This is no longer necessary now. The buses are back in operation after the employers and unions met last night in a new collective agreement
