SC Heerenveen strengthened ranks with Filip Bednarek. The Polish goalkeeper comes from De Graafschap without transfer, according to the Frisian club Thursday afternoon via official channels.
The 25-year-old closing company signed a two-year contract in Friesland. Previously, Bednarek was under contract with FC Twente and FC Utrecht. Last season, he had a significant share in the promotion of De Graafschap.
Gerry Hamsta, technical director of Heerenveen, is delighted with the arrival of Bednarek. "With Filip, we have an absolute winner in the house, it fits our style of play and thanks to his years at FC Twente, FC Utrecht and Graafschap, he knows Dutch football well," says Hamstra.
