Endemol Shine Group is no longer for sale, US entertainment sites Variety and Tuesday announced the Hollywood Reporter based on insiders.

The British TV channel ITV was the One of the candidates last summer. A Dutch media company takes over. According to rumors, the company would have offered about 3 billion euros on Endemol Shine, but ITV then invalidated it.
At present, the Endemol Shine Group still belongs to 21st Century Fox and investor Apollo Global Management. 21st Century Fox is about to be taken over by Disney and now holds 50% of the shares of the media company.
Endemol Shine was established in 2014 by a combination of the Dutch production company Endemol, the British Shine and the American Central Media.
