Large municipalities are fighting this year with youth promotion teams who must encourage visitors to clean up their garbage.

It is the promotion team of the Municipality of Amsterdam which, in addition to the extra bins, also uses young people to encourage visitors to participate. Because, on a summer day, there will be between 30,000 and 40,000 visitors in the Vondelpark. From this, 350 tonnes of waste are collected each year, most of which is produced in summer.
