This is stated in a letter that forty-five executives wrote Friday at the FNV Council. In the letter, which is in the hands of the daily Trouw executives write "that they stopped nine days for the nopps".
Pilots call the agreement "far below the level". The biggest problem is in the workload. One of the requirements of the new collective labor agreement was that it had to be interrupted by taking a five-minute break every two and a half hours of driving. In agreement, this break is turned into an "interruption". But according to the leaders, it's too unclear. "We have nothing to do with it: thirty seconds can also be an interruption."
Executives say they no longer trust Central Director Zakaria Boufangacha, coordinator of employment conditions on the FNV Board of Directors. They demand that Boufangacha be removed from office with immediate effect because of a "shameful display of incompetence, arrogance and disrespectful behavior towards the members".

Previously, they had already abandoned their trust in Paula Verhoef, the negotiator of the FNV in regional transport. According to the leaders, Verhoef would solemnly and secretly conclude a collective labor agreement with the employers, while executives were still preparing a day of strike.
In a reaction, Verhoef Trouw fails to recognize himself in criticism. According to her, the managers were informed in the right way. According to the newspaper Boufchanga was not available to comment

Negotiations for a new collective labor agreement in regional transport took a long time. During the negotiations, the bus drivers stopped work for nine days to stop.
Regional bus drivers may vote on the collective labor agreement from July 19 to August 2. Executives call for 8,000 colleagues to reject the deal.
