In the coming weeks, they will participate in thirteen performances at the Vrijthof in Maastricht. "When we open the windows, we can fully enjoy the view and the orchestra," says van Ruud.
For them, no gold earrings, the Règâhs or the Residentie Orkest. These people from The Hague have been fans of Rieu since the very beginning: "We have been here in Maastricht for fourteen years to attend his concerts," says Ruud.
Like every year, André Rieu gives a concert in his hometown. But never before has he played as many concerts as this year. Thirteen concerts will be played at the Vrijthof in the next three weeks

And for this edition the fans of Haasge Rieu have reserved a hotel room in front of the square, so they do not have any concerts need to miss. "We have tickets for the Vrijthof itself for three evenings. The other ten nights we do from the balcony of our hotel room, "explains Ruud. "It's a small fortune that we spend here, but you have to have something to do with a hobby," according to the Rieu fanatic.
